Leerlingenvoorwaarden – Autorijschool Silver

These terms and conditions apply to all driving lessons from Driving School Silver.
By enrolling, the student agrees to these terms and conditions.

1. Registration

The agreement is established upon confirmation of the registration by Autorijschool Silver.
The student is required to provide accurate and complete personal information.

2. Payment

  • Driving lessons should be paid in advance or according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Payment must be made within the period specified on the invoice.
  • If payment is not made on time, Driving School Silver reserves the right to suspend lessons.
  • For cash payments, the student always receives an invoice or receipt.

3. Cancellation of driving lessons

  • A driving lesson can be cancelled free of charge up to a minimum of 24 uur vóór aanvang of the lesson.
  • At good reason, as assessed by the instructor, a class may also be canceled at no charge until 3 uur vóór aanvang of the lesson.
  • Cancellations must be made by phone or WhatsApp.

No-show:
If the student fails to appear at the appointed lesson time without cancellation, Authorijschool Silver reserves the right to charge for the reserved lesson time.

4. Absence of instructor

In case of illness, vacation or other forms of force majeure, the class will be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
The student is not entitled to compensation in this case.

5. Examination and intermediate test

  • The practical exam is requested when the instructor estimates that the student is exam-ready.
  • Examination fees must be paid in advance.
  • If the exam does not take place due to force majeure (e.g. CBR decision or weather conditions), a new date will be scheduled by mutual agreement.

6. Health and fitness to drive

The student is responsible for completing and submitting the health certificate to the CBR in a timely manner.
Driving School Silver is not liable if the student is found not to be fit to drive.

7. Liability

  • Driving School Silver is insured against damage during driving lessons.
  • For intentional or reckless acts of the student, excess or damage may be recovered from the student.

8. Beëindiging van de overeenkomst

  • Beide partijen kunnen de overeenkomst beëindigen.
  • Lessons already paid but not ridden will be refunded, less any outstanding fees.
  • Should the student decide not to continue with the course, he will receive no follow-up invoice, provided this has been discussed and confirmed with Driving School Silver in a timely manner.

9. Lesson recordings

  • Recording of driving lessons is permitted only if per recording confirmed by instructor via app.
  • Recordings are intended to support the student and may not be shared with third parties.

10. Privacy

Personal information will be kept confidential and used only for administrative purposes and communication with the CBR, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Driving School Silver.
